This hearty bread is made from a blend of oat and buckwheat groats, along with whole spelt, flax and sunflower seeds. We top each loaf with poppy and sesame seeds to add to the rich texture. Thanks to its dense crumb, our multigrain bread makes a delicious base for homemade pizza.

For extra fun and a subtly nutty taste, we top each ciabatta with sesame seeds. Looking for a fast and easy appetizer? Toast slices of ciabatta semolina and serve with hummus. Simple and delicious.

You can also make canapés by spreading open-faced baguette with herbed cream cheese, then top with smoked salmon and a touch of lemon.
