Did you know that the word “Breizh” refers to Brittany? That’s where this rich-tasting bread originates. Its deep colour and flavour come from the black buckwheat sourdough included in the recipe. Slice your Breizh baguette into fingers, toast and serve with spinach or cucumber-yogurt dip.
