Here is a zero-waste idea to make with yesterday’s croissants to make them soft again and treat yourself a little!

All you need is some Au Pain Doré croissants toasted and cooled to add some crunch, some pistachio paste mixed with whipped cream, a sprinkle of chopped pistachios and some fresh raspberries. Don’t have pistachio paste on hand? No problem. Just add some matcha powder and powder sugar to your whipped cream and fill your croissant. Before serving, garnish with crushed pistachios and raspberries. Enjoy!
