The perfect ” canapés “

The baguette is a precious ally when we entertain at home. Here, we have used it to create open-faced bite-sized canapés. The baguette is sliced in half and filled with a mixture of cottage cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella. On one side, we added a mix of dry sausage, caramelized red onions, and fresh parsley. On the other side, we used a sautéed mixture of zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and herbes de Provence.

With their generous flavors, these two types of tartines are perfect for satisfying your guests without spending hours and hours in the kitchen!
