Lovingly folded by hand, this rustic loaf of European tradition brings together the taste of rye flour with the slightly sweet flavour of cracked, caramelized rye.
Create a ‘bowl’ in the centre of the loaf and fill it with spinach dip, or try it accompanied by warm camembert, dried apricots and honey.
